Ruben Galea

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ruben Galea has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years. With a Masters in Business Administration from Henley Business School, Ruben is an experienced businessman who has been involved in numerous business ventures. His early career focused on information technology and payment services when he set up his own venture in 1999. Later, he founded an Internet services company providing data centre services.
In 2000, Ruben decided to diversify his business portfolio and after selling both companies, he founded The Signature Selection, a luxury portfolio provider of superyacht and private jet charters, real estate, and global citizenship and residency services; a company which he still leads till today.
In 2004, Ruben pioneered the concept of luxury car rental in Malta, which he successfully led to become a market leader. After tapping this niche market, he subsequently sold the venture in 2018.
Today, Ruben is focusing his endeavours on the growth and international diversification programme of The Signature Selection and Signature Private Office by implementing and overseeing the business operations and strategies, devising the group’s growth strategy, and leading on key acquisitions in other jurisdictions.

With a strong background in Germany’s banking sector since 1999, Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to The Signature Selection and Signature Private Office. With a career of 19 years of top sales experience, Martin was co-founder of a successful investment and real estate company in Germany.
He has since developed companies that focus on his passion for luxury and travel, which service high-net worth individuals all over the world. That journey has taken him across a variety of countries for exclusive business opportunities in New York, London, Greece, Spain and finally, Malta.
Martin is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Signature Selection and Signature Private Office. He is responsible for the efficiency of business, assists with the good running of The Signature Selection Group, establishing policies that promote company culture and vision, managing the relationships with the key strategic partners, and the establishing of international banking relationships for the group and its customers.
Throughout his career, Martin has worked consistently as an entrepreneur in projects that heightened his leadership, marketing and creativity skills. Martin is an experienced and efficient leader with business acumen and exemplary work ethics and has an aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
